Learn how to identify the positions that need to be filled, who the best candidate would be to fill it, and how to engage with candidates to find a solid hire. During the webinar, we will examine how to create a job bank, tailor interview questions to ensure your candidate is the right fit, and maintain relationships with candidates. Additionally, different interviewing techniques will be discussed, such as behavioral, situational, skills/intelligence, attitude/personality, the ability to problem solve, and the “million dollar interview question.”
