With increased immigration enforcement under the Trump Administration, employers’ hiring practices are under scrutiny more than ever. For that reason, it is important for employers to ensure they have a compliant process and are following that process consistently.

This training covers verifying the identity and employment authorization through Form I-9, including best practices for completing the Form I-9, common mistakes employers make in completing the Form I-9, and the consequences of failing to verify identity and employment authorization properly.
