I have had the pleasure of working with NAE since 2004, and to say I was pleased would be an understatement. We started with the HR Assist program which offered assistance in a wide range of HR related areas. A couple of years later we added the unemployment claims services, which has saved us thousands! The team at NAE has been great to work with and I often recommend them to business partners. They have gone above and beyond helping me (a one-person HR department) including providing our management & supervisory teams with a series of remote trainings to help negotiate the issues & laws that arise as a supervisor and leader. They are professional, knowledgeable, resourceful and responsive. My calls and emails are always answered promptly and the overall support I have received has been exceptional.
